Q1. I haven't received a confirmation email after I registered on the web site.

Please allow up to 1 hour for the confirmation email, however if you do not receive an email from us after this, we would like you to contact us.

Q2. I would like to change/confirm my registered information (name, address, phone number and/or e-mail address).

You can change/confirm your information on the member’s page.

Q3. I forgot my password.

Please enter the e-mail address which you registered, and we will send you a new password.

Q4. I would like to change my password.

You can change/confirm your password on the member’s page.

Q5. I don't want to receive any catalogs or advertising materials from Takadance.

Please let us know your preference, by using the "Contact Us" section of the web site.

Q6. I have previously received catalogs and advertising materials from Takadance, however recently I haven't received any.

Q7. Has my order been accepted?

Please allow up to 1 hour for the confirmation email, however if you do not receive an email from us after this, we would like you to contact us.

Q8. Can I buy "less - stock" or "waiting for arrival" status products?

You can buy any products except those that are "Sold-Out". However they may take some time to reach you.

Q9. Can I order any products from your catalogs?

Not all products can be ordered through our ECsite, as we don't carry all the products in the catalogs. However, if you contact us by email, we can try and order these for you.

Q10. I would like to cancel an order.

Please let us know if you wish to cancel an order, by either email or telephone. Please note that orders that have already been shipped, cannot be cancelled.

Q11. How long does shipping take?

If your products are in stock, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 days.

Q12. Can I specify the delivery date?

Delivery dates can only be specified, if your order is made by telephone.

Q13. Can I specify the delivery time?

Yes, you can specify either AM or PM.

Q14. Are there additional shipping costs?

Shipping is free, except Hokkaido, Okinawa and other isolated islands in Japan, and overseas.

Q15. I would like to send to another address.

You can specify a different delivery address other than your registered address.
Click "Change the shipping address" button on the "Order Confirmation" page, and input the address that you want to deliver to. There is no charge for this service.
